If any manager contravens the provisions in sub section (6) or will fully contravens the provisions in sub section (7) of section 2 of KE Act :

he is not eligible for maintenance grant

he is liable to be charged for criminal offence

he shall on conviction be liable to fine which may extend to Rs. 200

He is liable to be declared as unfit to hold the chair of any aided school
