When a lost Treasury Bill Book is found out subsequently, the drawing officer should immediately :

Keep the Bill Book along with other used Bill Books

Cancel the blank pages and the requisition slip attached to the Bill Book under proper attestation

Use the Bill Book again

Return the Bill Book to the Treasury Officer
