Any person employed as a teacher in a school shall not be eligible to continue as a teacher if he;<\/p>\n
(i)\u00a0is remuneratively employed in any profession other than teaching or undertakes\u00a0<\/strong>any occasional remunerative extra work not specially permitted by the Rules, without the sanction of the Department;<\/p>\n (ii)\u00a0has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude<\/strong>;<\/p>\n (iii)\u00a0is physically unfit to serve efficiently\u00a0<\/strong>as a teacher or is suffering from any contagious or communicable disease during the period he is so unfit or suffering;<\/p>\n (iv)\u00a0has been removed permanently from the Register\u00a0<\/strong>of qualified teachers maintained under Rules previously in force;<\/p>\n (v)\u00a0behaves towards his pupils, their parents, the Headmaster, the Manager, or any Educational Officer or towards any body in any manner grossly unbecoming of a teacher;<\/strong> (vii)\u00a0refuses without sufficient grounds to undergo a course of training\u00a0<\/strong>within a reasonable time after being required to do so;<\/p>\n \u00a0As per rule ……… … any person employed as a teacher in a school shall not be eligible to continue as a teacher, if he\/ she refuses without sufficient grounds to under go a course of training within a reasonable time after being required to do so.<\/p>\n (A) Rule 2 Chapter XIVC<\/p>\n (B) Rule 3 Ch.
